StealthGas Inc is an international shipping transportation company specialising in the transportation of various petroleum and petrochemical gas products in liquefied form.

StealthGas currently owns 46 LPG carriers, which includes 37 currently under operation 2 that are expected to be delivered during the course of 2008, and 7 new buildings for delivery between 2009 and 2011. With the expected delivery of the 3 vessels during the course of 2008, the average age of our LPG fleet will be about 10.4 years at the end of 2008 compared to an industry average of 18 years and the total carrying capacity of the LPG fleet will be approximately 173,499 cbm. StealthGas ranks number 1 in owned vessels in the 3,000 to 8,000 cbm LPG carrier segment which is our strategic focus. As well as the LPG vessels described above StealthGas also owns and operates under 7 year bare boat charters two brand new 47,000 deadweight M.R. type Product Carriers.
StealthGas has also contracted to acquire a third 47,000 deadweight M.R. type Product Carriers for delivery in April 2009. Upon her delivery, this vessel will be deployed under a three-year time charter.
